The Hawkes team are often approached by Vendors well before putting their property on the market.  If they do not already know the Château in question, the first step is to visit the property, take photographs, write a Description and discuss the level of price to be asked.  Once the instructions are taken, they will create a Brochure and propose an advertising campaign.
